Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Ross and Emily Meade combined their talents to launch a design-build firm where every home reflects both expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design. What began as Ross’s passion for hands-on building evolved into a husband-and-wife partnership that puts clients’ needs front and center—ensuring each project honors the unique spirit of its owners and the place it calls home.

Emily’s background in interior design brings color, flow, and functionality to every space. She works alongside clients to match finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to their lifestyle—turning ideas into cohesive plans that look as good as they feel.

He completes a 3 room addition to our home on schedule and on budget. There is no way to tell the difference from his addition to our preexisting home. Impossible to say enough great things about Ross – exceeded all of our expectations about how pleasant working with a contractor could be. He handled two substantial internal remodel projects for us in 2023 and both turned out better than we could have imagined. I contracted Ross in 2015 to build my home in Merlin Or. I was still living in Calif. when he began the work. I was unable to be on the job while work was being done, so I gave the authority to make decisions. He was very professional through out the project. He kept me well informed of progress and completed his phase of work in approx. 5 months. He left the completion of the final work when I moved up to Or. in July. He set up with subs I needed to complete the final work, helped me with the final inspection process and met with the inspector at final. I’ve been living here now for a year with out any problems. Ross built the most amazing little casita

I met Ross about seven years ago and chose him as our contractor on the build of our new home here in Grants Pass. I was so happy with his integrity and attention to detal that when I was ready to have a stand alone addition on our property I asked him to be the contractor. Although this was a small project, Ross was the ultimate professional and built the most amazing little casita I call “The Nest”. I wish there were more stars! We cannot say enough good things about Ross. We contracted with him in to build a 1400 sqft shop and a 900 sqft addition to our home for my parents. From day one until completion, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. His incredible commitment to quality, his honesty, strong work ethic and easy-going manner make him an ideal builder. We had a bit of a unique situation trying to match the architecture and style of our current home with the shop and especially with the addition. The roofline was quite complicated and I had a picture in my head of how I wanted it to turn out and Ross delivered! Perfect match. There are many people whom have seen the home before and after and every one of them is amazed at his work. Even the original builder of our home (we bought after it was completed and were not involved in the construction) admitted he was a bit jealous that Ross had built such a beautiful and perfectly-matched addition. Ross is completely committed to his clients’ satisfaction and will work tirelessly to go above and beyond their expectations. The attached photos are of the shop and completed home with addition. Ross Meade built us a beautiful sunroom two years ago. Recently he remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. All his work is wonderful, but the kitchen is especially gorgeous and user friendly.
